Based on early IDM and ambient of the 90s, the pack explores deep introspective pads, beautiful classic leads, squelchy basses and lofi keys. The pack is inspired by artists such as Aphex Twin (SAW 1 & 2), Autechre, Boards of Canada, Plaid, FSOL, LFO, uZiq and more. The patches make use of Pigments powerful filters and characteristics to create authentic analog sounding patches, in many cases strikingly similar to original sounds used in classic IDM and ambient tracks.
I spent a great deal of time and attention to detail in getting authentic classic IDM sounds and including useful Macros to tweak the sounds accordingly. The majority of sounds in the pack can be used for a wide range of genres such as IDM/ambient/techno/electronica/lofi/etc.
